Duogenic Power

Duogenic Power is a new discovery that provides insight into what drives life and success. The term literally means “the two origins of power.” The concept describes two states of mind: the Endogenic State and the Exogenic State. Everything we think, feel, and do always occurs in one State or the other. These two States are like a switch in the mind that is always engaged on either the Endogenic State or the Exogenic State. Each State functions very differently from the other. To maximize intelligence, leadership, and success, an individual must balance their reliance on both the Endogenic State and Exogenic State. Because society strongly influences us to favor our Exogenic State and suppress the Endogenic State, most people underutilize their mental power. To learn more see:

Cognizant Culture

Rather than providing canned solutions for companies, Dr. Aebi-Magee promotes the authentic development of an organization. Her specialty is to expand a manager's abilities by building knowledge upon and out of their existing work reality. This cognizant approach is the basis of creating a Learning Culture. Projects completed with this approach do not fade away soon after implementation; rather, they are ingrained through the learning process and become part of your company's culture.

Awareness Culture

Skills and knowledge are not all a manager needs for the future. A good understanding of human dynamics, interactions and change process is critically important for leading companies to success. Dr. Aebi-Magee's unusual ability to perceive matters beyond the range of common perception and her extensive psychological knowledge, provide participants with tremendous power for discerning people, events, and human dynamics. These skills can be learned. Advancing an Awareness Culture in your company dramatically reduces time wasted on poor decisions and ineffective communication. It creates genuine and powerful human interactions.

Process Culture

Business managers know how important it is to involve stakeholders in decision making, planning, and strategic development. The Process Culture assumes that important solutions are complex and require a strategic process to be successfully completed. The Process Culture starts with an accurate understanding of content and context. This allows for leadership with accuracy and strategy. As strategic process unfolds, synergy blossoms, making the success of the whole greater than the sum of the parts. All of Dr. Aebi-Magee's work involves the Process Culture. Whether a project involves one person or your entire company, process is an essential element to making it a success.
